Further needfull internet resources
The following links represent a base of all time usefull resources (at least in my opinion) which aren't to be put into a specific category. Hence the diversity of topics on this page ;)
TinyURL
Making long URLs usable! TinyURL provide a short format URL in replacement for any long URL i.e. an address that will automatically redirect to the original internet address you've entered.
It's usefull in a text format eMail, since such address won't break at the end of line. It can also improve readability of news syndication and thread messages in a Forum.

A Directory of Dictionaries
Are you looking for the definition of a word? Or for a translation?
You'll find almost all Lexikon and dictionaries at Google's directory.
A very extensive terminology and translation database is the IATE, the EU inter-institutional terminology database. IATE has been used in the EU institutions and agencies since summer 2004 for the collection, dissemination and shared management of EU-specific terminology.
Likely the fastest way to translate between English, French, German and Spanish is to use LEO.
